Our Story
Before Cape Coral, there was Camagüey.
Pizzería Del Gallo was more than a restaurant — it was where the owners spent their evenings with friends, where laughter carried longer than the last slice, and where the whole city seemed to pass through at some point. For years, it was the pizzeria — the one locals swore by and the one tourists were always pointed toward. Pan-baked, simple, unforgettable.
When the owners left Cuba, they carried a lot of things with them. But the thing they held onto tightest was that feeling — the smell of dough baking slow, the sound of a full table, the sense that a pizzeria could be a second home.
So when they opened these doors here in Cape Coral, it wasn't just starting a business. It was bringing a piece of Camagüey with them — the same pan-baked style, the same warmth, the same idea that good pizza is best shared with people you love.
